DATED : 13TH OCTOBER, 2020 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner died. The death certificate is annexed to the pursis. Learned counsel submits that the pursis has been filed with the contention that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner were communicated to apply for compassionate appointment and in view of the same, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner do not want to press the Writ Petition as a good gesture and development situation of offering the legal heirs compassionate appointment. The said pursis along with the death certificate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In terms of the said pursis marked "X", the Writ Petition is disposed off.
