The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent no.5 has submitted proposal with respondent no.3 seeking permission to absorb/accommodate the petitioner on the principle of Right to Repatriation. The same is not yet decided by respondent no.3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice to respondent nos.1 and 3. Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.2.

In case, proposal seeking permission to repatriate the petitioner (page no.44) is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in

(2) 64-wp-2133-2022 accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
