The petition has been filed by three brothers against the order dated 27.12.2021, passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Court No.2, Nilanga in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.222 of 2021. The petitioners have been directed to pay their parents a sum of Rs.2,000/- each as interim maintenance.

This Court finds that the quantum of interim maintenance to be very much on lower side. The Court is, therefore, not inclined to even issue notice in this petition. The petition is therefore dismissed.

The trial Court shall dispose of the main petition on its own merits within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
