The record shows that since last three dates, the learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent. This Court vide order dated 19.09.2025, had also made it clear that if nobody appears for the petitioner, the petition would be dismissed. 3.

The learned APP pointed out that though this petition is filed for transfer of investigation by independent investigating agency, but investigation in this matter is already completed and charge-sheet is also filed on 12.02.2024.

Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter and even otherwise also of filing of charge-sheet, the petition has become infructuous. 5.

As such, the petition stands dismissed.
