Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The allegations of producing fake NA order and affidavit with the alleged sale deed have been levelled against the applicant. The applicant has a case that next day of the presentation of the registration, the challan was deposited to get the NA order and then the NA order was received.

3. It appears from the record that at the time of the presentation of the sale deed for registration, there were no NA orders from the competent authority. The applicant has been arrested. The document allegedly fake was already in the custody of the police. Nothing is to be recovered from the

41-BA.264-23.odt applicant. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to keep him behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant DHANRAJ ANTESHWAR MOMLE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.27 of 2023, registered by Police Station Udgir City, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice, till filing the charge sheet.

(b) He shall not involve in the similar crime. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
