The writ petition was refused registration for non-removal of office objections. Delay of 98 days is caused in filing this application for permitting the applicant to remove all office objections and for registration of the writ petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed subject to costs of Rs.500/- which the applicant shall deposit with Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of 2 weeks from today. After the costs is deposited and after all objections are removed, the writ petition will be registered.

In the event, both the above directions are not complied with, khs/DEC.2016/15477-d

this order shall stand recalled, this civil application shall stand rejected and the order of the Registrar dated 26/10/2015 shall stand restored.
