By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition imposed on him vide clause (c) of the order passed by this Court on 21st July, 2015, in Criminal Application No.3458 of 2015. 2.

Upon hearing learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties and for the reasons stated in the application, condition No. (c) imposed on the applicant, by this Court vide order dated 21st July, 2015, passed in Criminal Application No.3458 of 2015, while releasing him on bail, in connection with C.R. No.30 of 2015, registered with police station Himayatnagar, Dist. Nanded, is modified as under :-

criap897.16 (2) "The applicant shall attend police station, Himayatnagar, Dist. Nanded on fourth Saturday of each month, between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00. p.m."
