In response to the prayers made in the petition in relation to the acquisition of the land, Shri Lakhotiya, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record copy of the award delivered on 14.12.2022 in favour of the petitioner. According to him, already the S.D.O. has lodged the demand, so as to satisfy the award of compensation on 6.1.2023. 2.
