Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioners challenge the order dated 04.05.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, whereby, it directed the Additional Collector to decide the matter afresh. 3.

I have gone through the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner and I am of the opinion that the matter was rightly remanded to the Additional Collector, Aurangabad. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the order of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to the costs.
