PER COURT :- The Rahata Taluka Bar Association has raised certain grievances in respect of manner of functioning and conducting the proceedings, which are essentially of quasi judicial nature, by respondent Nos.4 and 5. A resolution is adopted by the Bar Association, taking note of the behavior, which according to the Bar Association is inappropriate and issuance of certain circulars, which the Bar Association considers to be beyond the jurisdiction of the officers concerned and in violation of the provisions of law. We do not propose to go into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner Bar Association in the petition and we also have not examined the correctness of the allegations, recorded in

{2} wp 1761.16.odt the resolution, adopted by the Bar Association. It would be appropriate for the Commissioner of Nasik division to look into the grievances of the Bar Association and after hearing the office bearers of the Association as well as the concerned officers against, whom allegations are leveled, the Commissioner may issue appropriate directions, if deemed necessary. The Divisional Commissioner may take appropriate steps as indicated above, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
