Mr. Salunke, learned Advocate submits that on the last date, alongwith affidavit, it has been submitted that Education Officer has decided the Seniority. Learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would avail alternate remedy, however, the proceedings be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

In case the proceedings are initiated by the petitioner, the forum/authority shall endeavour to decide the proceedings, expeditiously after hearing the all the parties concerned.
