The learned A.G.P. representing Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that, though the proposal of the Petitioner was wrongly forwarded to the Nandurbar Committee, it has now been transmitted/redirected to the Competent Committee, Dhule. 2.

Leave to correct the nomenclature of Respondent No.2. Correction be carried out forthwith.

The Petitioner has been selected from the Scheduled Tribe (Female) category. The Rules of selection indicate that, she cannot join until she tenders a validity certificate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2, to decide the claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 15/06/2023. Until then, Respondent No.3 - Municipal Corporation, Pune would not fill in the post, on which the Petitioner has been selected or until 15/06/2023, whichever is earlier.
