The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent action taken by the respondents and as water is being supplied as per the report dated 3rd March 2020, sent by the Gramsevak, Grampanchayat, Patoda to the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, the grievance made in this Public Interest Litigation does not survive. Permission is sought to withdraw the petition in view of the subsequent development.
