The present praecipe is moved by learned counsel for the applicant for 'Speaking to Minutes' of order dated 17.03.2025. 3.

It is submitted that, in the order dated 17.03.2025 in operative part, name of first applicant is inadvertently mentioned as "(i) Laxman Babasaheb Shingane" instead of "(i) Mohammad Latif Shaikh Salim". Therefore necessary correction is requested to be made. 4.

In view of above, in the order dated 17.03.2025 in clause no. II of operative part, name of applicant "(i) Laxman Babasaheb Shingane" be replaced as "(i) Mohammad Latif Shaikh Salim". 5.

Order be corrected accordingly.
