Learned advocate for petitioner has restricted arguments to the alternate prayer made in the petition, by which direction is sought to the prosecution to lead and complete evidence within stipulated period of two months. 2.

Heard learned advocate for petitioner and learned APP for respondent.

Learned APP submits that prosecution is ready to complete trial within two months.
