Present application is seeking correction in the name of father of the claimants shown in title clause of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, District Latur, in LAR No. 369 of 2002, dated 18-02-2002. 3.

In view of nature of the subject matter, present application is not amenable within the jurisdiction of this Court being appellate forum for correction of impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court. Therefore, the Civil Application being inapt liable to be rejected. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands rejected. No order as to costs.
