The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 submits that, the matter is pending with the Committee at the stage of vigilance.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, no action is proposed against the petitioner on account of pendency of validation proceeding. 3.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding

2 wp 1690.18 within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03rd May, 2018. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
