Learned APP states that the charge-sheet is ready but it could not be filed because of the order dated 28.02.20219.

Considering that the investigation is now over and only formality of filing the charge-sheet is remaining, we permit the Investigating Officer to file the charge-sheet before the Trial Court. 3.
We have considered the contents of the F.I.R. Since the charge-sheet is being filed, learned Counsel for the Applicants prays for
2 Cr.appln. 474.2019 withdrawal of this Application with liberty to file fresh Application challenging the chargesheet and consequential proceedings. He seeks permission to withdraw this Application with such liberty.

Permission is granted with such liberty.
If any such Application is preferred after filing of the charge-sheet, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
