Present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 49 days in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record, is allowed.

It is stated by the learned Advocate for the applicants that he became aware of the death of respondent No.1 in the first week of June 2001. Thereafter, he had collected the names of heirs of the deceased and filed application on 13/06/2001. 3.

In view of the above, the delay is condoned and the application is disposed of.
