On the last occasion, on 4th September, 2017, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also, none appears for the petitioner when the petition is called out.

Even otherwise, looking at the subject matter of the petition, the petitioner purports to challenge the communication dated 15th February, 2005, whereby the petitioner had been communicated that there is no change in the marks. Said communication pertains to

wp1164-2005 the marks obtained in PGA-CET 2004-05 for admissions to post-graduate courses. With efflux of time, it appears that purpose underlying the writ petition gets exhausted. The petition, in the circumstances, has been rendered inefficacious and stands disposed of as such. 3.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application No. 2800 of 2005 does not survive and stands disposed of.
