These petitions are filed seeking direction to respondent no.1 to consider and decide the proposals submitted by the petitioner societies for the academic year 2015-2016 to open and run secondary schools at villages Khokalewadi (Devkatwadi), taluka Gangakhed, Dist.Parbhani, Pungala, taluka Jintur, District Parbhani, and Koudgaon, taluka Gangakhed, District Parbhani.

Since the proposals filed by the petitioners are for the academic year 2015-2016, it is desirable that the respondent no.1 shall take decision on the said proposals as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, on or before 30th May, 2015. AGP/-

Accordingly, we direct respondent no.1 to take a decision on proposal submitted by the respective petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, before 30th May, 2015. 4.

So far as prayer clause B is concerned, similar prayer clause was considered in Writ Petition No.4455/2014 at Principal seat and same is rejected.

The petitions stand disposed of in above terms. Learned A.G.P. undertakes to communicate this order to the concerned respondents.
