The Petitioners do not claim any interest in the property. The encroachment is alleged to have been made by Respondent No. 5. The Petitioners may avail the remedy as may be permissible under law. As far as the representation filed by the Petitioners is concerned, the Petitioners may prosecute it in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
