The learned GP submits that both the Petitioners desire to seek employment with the Government of Maharashtra. Nevertheless, the challenge to the amended rules is misconceived since the said rules pertain to different set of posts.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that considering the objection, this Court may transfer this proceeding to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal at Aurangabad.
