This application is filed by the appellants/applicants to 1/2

58-FA-600-2020 bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 1610 days. However, it seems that, the very applicants have preferred appeal against the impugned judgment and award since original claimant - Manik Vithalrao Darnule had died during the pendency of L.A.R. itself.

As such, after disposal of the main L.A.R., such amendment cannot be made however, permission to prosecute the appeal for the present applicants/appellants on merit is only granted.
