Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The only limited prayer of the petitioner is pressed into service is prayer clause (C). Learned Counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner is presently working as Shikshan Sevak in respondent No.6 school being run of respondent No. 5 - Society, which is in Nashik district, Society also runs two units in Ahmednagar district and the petitioner is native/resident of Lingdeo, Taluka Akole, District Ahmednagar. Respondent No. 6 submitted proposal to respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The proposal is submitted on 1st October, 2018 and till date of filing of the petition, proposal was not decided.

This being limited grievance, by entertaining the petition, we dispose of the petition, with directions to respondent No. 4 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the proposal submitted to him through respondent No. 6 on 1st October, 2018 as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve
(12) weeks, if already not decided, from the date of this order. Needless to state that respondent No.4 to decide the proposal on its own merits. 4.
With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
