Shri Urgunde, the learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation, submits on instructions that due process of law would be followed for removal of all encroachments.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioners submit that they will tender all available title documents to the Municipal Corporation to indicate their sizes of plots, to which they have titles.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

In the event, the Petitioners' grievance still subsists with regard to the issues as to whether, there is any purported encroachment, title to the properties and sizes of their plots, they shall approach the Civil Court for redressal of their grievances. 5.
In the event, the title to the properties is established and portion of such properties is required for public project, the concerned Authority would follow the procedure as is laid down in law for acquisition and payment of compensation. kps (Y.
