PER COURT :- 1.

This petition is preferred with a prayer for directions that the respondents/police offcers be directed to arrest the accused in C.R.no.33 of 2020 registered at Pimpalner police station.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that, in this case, "B" summary is fled. In that view of the matter, the petitioner has a right to approach the Trial Court opposing grant of "B" Summary.

Considering availability of this remedy, learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed this petition. Petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner can avail of the remedy of opposing grant of 'B' summary before the Trial court in accordance with law.
