Let the District Collector, Nanded, treat this petition of the petitioners as a representation or as a request to regularise the encroachment on the Government/Gairan land. If the petitioners indeed satisfy the criteria laid down in the Supreme Court judgment and also

produce the relevant material, then, the Collector, Nanded, may pass such order as may be permissible in law within a period of two (2) months from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions.
