The Civil Application Nos.7197/2016 and 4770/2020 are preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of appellant no.1 Laxman Biru Ghodake and applicant no.1F Premnath Laxman Ghodake who expired on 15.11.2015 and 31.8.2018 respectively. In support of averments in the applications, copies of death certificates are filed on record. The Civil Applications are filed on 8.2.2016 and 28.11.2018 and same are within limitation. 2.

Considering above and by virtue of the provisions under Chapter II Rule 3 sub rule (i) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, both the applications are allowed. The applicants/appellants shall carry out necessary amendment within stipulated period.
