The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that since the Desk Officer, Government of Maharashtra has issued a communication dated 1.2.2024 to the Deputy Secretary, Water Supply and Cleanliness Department, Mumbai, a direction be issued to Respondent no.2 to pass an appropriate order in view of the communication dated 1.2.2024.

We direct Respondent no.2 to take the said communication to a logical end and inform it's decision to Petitioner within 90 (Ninety) days from today.
