Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Pathan, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondents. 2.
Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the fact that the Wakf Tribunal had passed an order and has allowed the petitioner to act as Mutawalli, the respondent is not taking further steps to implement the said order of the Tribunal. Representation is also given on 8th June, 2016 to the respondent, however, still no step is taken by the respondent. Mr. Pathan, the learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondents would take decision upon the application filed by the petitioner within six weeks.

The said statement of the respondent is accepted. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
