PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate, but in improper format. The petitioner has filed application for issuance of the tribe certificates in Form-C. The said application is pending since December-2020.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner may surrender the original tribe certificate received by him to respondent No.

2. The respondent No. 2 shall after verifying the original tribe certificate surrendered by the petitioner and its genuineness shall issue the

(2) 943-wp-4338-2021 tribe certificate in Form-C expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of surrender of the original tribe certificate.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
