a) Civil Application No.13116/2014:

By this Civil Application, the Applicant prays for liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition.

It is submitted that the Applicant has settled his dispute with the Respondents and by withdrawing Writ Petition No.4948/1998 the Respondent -MSRTC will also withdraw Writ Petition No.4946/1998.

*2* ca.13116.14.wp.4948.98.7 Ms.Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents/MSRTC, confirms the above statement and submits that the Civil Application could be allowed and the Writ Petition filed by the Applicant being No.4948/1998 be disposed of. Thereafter, the Respondent/ MSRTC would issue further instructions to her as regard the Writ Petition No.4946/1998 filed by the MSRTC. In the light of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. The Writ Petition No.4948/1998 filed by the Applicant is allowed to be withdrawn.

b) Writ Petition No.4948/1998:

In the light of the above order in Civil Application No.13116/2014, the Writ Petition filed by the Applicant stands dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
