1) The application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing proceeding against the order of learned Registrar (Judicial) and also for setting aside the order made by the Registrar (Judicial) of dismissal of the matter as against respondent No.1.

Order of the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. The matter as against respondent No.1 is restored. Notice to be issued to the respondent on the address given in para 7 of the present proceeding for final hearing made returnable on to 27th July 2016.
