These applications have been moved for temporary bail so as to enable the applicants to attend the marriage of theirs sister scheduled for 25th February, 2022.

Learned A.P.P. strongly objected to grant the applications contending that the applicants may move to the jail authorities for emergency parole.

According to learned counsel for the applicants no parole could be granted on such grounds.

The applicants have been behind the bars since last six years. They seek bail for not more than three days. In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of following order :-

ORDER

(i) The applicants be released on temporary bail for the period from 24th February, 2022 to 26th February, 2022, both days inclusive, on their furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety in the like amount each.

(ii) The applicants shall return to the jail by 11.00 a.m. on 27th February, 2022, without fail.

(iii) The applicants shall mark their appearance at Mohadi Police Station, Dist. Dhule between 12 noon and 01.00 p.m. on 24th and 26th February, 2022.
