Heard learned counsel for applicants and the counsel representing the appellant/acquiring body. 2.

On account of failure to take steps to bring legal representatives of deceased applicant on record, the legal representatives of deceased applicant Sidram s/o Rawaji Patil have preferred this application seeking permission to allow them to substitute their names as legal representatives of deceased applicant Sidram s/o Rawaji Patil and to prosecute the Appeal.

Mr. Sangale, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that he has no objection to allow the application in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Necessary substitution be carried out within one week.
