The proposal seeking approval to the continuation of the petitioner as assistant teacher is rejected. 2.

It appears that appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak on probation was approved. The proposal for continuation as assistant teacher is rejected, basically on the ground that the institution has not supplied the information about the surplus teacher and names are not forwarded. According to the petitioner, the said details are given under letter dated 25.04.2017 by the institution.

3. We fnd nothing on record to conclude about the reasons for not granting approval for continuation. It is contended that on 25.04.2017 list of surplus teachers is given.

In light of that, the Education ofcer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the continuation of petitioner as Assistant Teacher on its own merits, preferably within four months.

The impugned order would not be an impediment. In case the the said information is not with the Education ofcer, then the petitioner and/or the institution shall supply the information with regard to the surplus teacher with the institution .
