Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed against the order of the S.D.O. rejecting the application for issuance of caste certificate is pending with the respondent No.3/committee. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3/committee shall decide the same on its own merits preferably within two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee 01.03.2021.
