Learned counsel for the petitioners has brought the attention of this Court to the observations of the trial court in para no. 6 of the impugned order. The trial court has observed that "As the application for temporary injunction filed by plaintiffs is pending for argument, at this stage I found no justification to grant the application." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would exercise the said liberty to file an application for vre/-
