ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The compensation amount appears to be deposited is around Rs. 31,00,000/- out of which amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- is already permitted to be withdrawn by some of the applicants. The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company pointed out that the appeal is filed on the grounds of quantum and negligence of deceased. Thus, it appears that substantial amount is already allowed to be withdrawn, and therefore, I am not inclined to grant further withdrawal as claimed by the applicants.

As such, the application stands rejected.
