1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been filed for validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner with the Scrutiny Committee in January, 2021. The petitioner is desirous of appearing in the professional examination to be conducted in June-July 2022.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] In case, the proposal seeking validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall endeavour to decide the

2338.22WP validation proceeding by 30.06.2022. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 03.03.2022. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
