We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that, the validation proceeding is pending with respondent no.2 since January 2021. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner is required to submit the validity certificate with the office of respondent nos.3 and 4 within the stipulated period.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.02.2022.

Considering the provisions of Section 10(a) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, the respondent no.2 shall decide the said proceeding

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
