The learned AGP submits on the basis of the affidavit-inreply filed by respondent No.4 - Mr. Suresh Tukaram Ekhande, Sub Divisional Water Conservation Officer that a fresh proposal under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, shall be forwarded within two (2) months from the date of receipt of the joint measurement from the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Jalna.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that their lands were acquired in 2010 and Section 4 Notification
