The learned advocate for the applicant submits, on instructions, that since the applicant is presently on Covid-19 emergency parole since 16.01.2021, he desires to withdraw this application with liberty that in the event of the applicant's illness escalating, he would make a fresh request either for continuation of his emergency parole or interim bail for medical treatment.
