Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

By way of present application, the applicant prays for incorporating consequential prayers on the backdrop of the challenge raised to the appointment order of respondent No.7.

Learned Counsel, by inviting our attention to the petition submitted that the petitioner was permitted to add respondent No.7 and accordingly respondent No. 7 is added as a party respondent by way of amendment dated 4th June 2018.

This being a consequential prayer, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents and more particularly respondent No. 7 who is already added as a party to the petition.
