The petitioner is claiming that, without undertaking any process of acquisition, under the guise of constructing roads on the existing cart road, his land is being used without compensating for it. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned advocate Mr Shinde waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider petitioner's applications/notices dated 31/07/2024 (Exhibit 'C') and dated 23/12/2024 (Exhibit 'D'), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five weeks under intimation to him.
