Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the applicant and the learned counsel for the nonapplicants. 2.

This Court under order dated 27/07/2016, directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within a period of 6 months. Vide the present application, extension of time is sought. It is submitted that now the vigilance has been conducted and within a period of four months, the validation proceedings would be decided.
