Mr. Subhedar, holding for Mr. Nilesh Ghanekar, learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant has been released on Covid bail. The Sessions Court has recorded evidence of three prosecution witnesses and the trial is in progress. Those three witnesses have not stated anything against the present applicant during their evidence. He submits that in view of change in circumstances, liberty may be granted to withdraw this application to file fresh bail application before the concerned Sessions Court.
