O R D E R

Learned Advocate Mr. Deshmukh for the appellants and learned Counsel Mr. Abhijit Choudhari alongwith representative officers of the respondent no.3/Insurance Company, are present before the Panel today. They tender on record terms of settlement and authority letter of the competent officer of the respondent no.3/Insurance Officer. The same are taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have ascertained the identification of the parties. 3.

Parties before the Panel pray to dispose of the first appeal in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent Najeeb

944-FA-257-2022 -2no.3/Insurance Company shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.9,50,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Fifty Thousands only) towards full and final settlement before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad within a period of six weeks from today. The same shall be treated as an Undertaking. 5.

On depositing amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants in terms of paragraph no.6 of the terms of settlement. Appellant No.1/Bushra Begum shall be disbursed an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- only and Appellant No.6/Safiya Begum shall be disbursed an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. Balance amount shall be invested in any Nationalized Bank in the name of minor claimants/Appellant Nos.2 to 5, till they attain age of majority. On attaining age of majority, the amount invested alongwith accrued interest shall be disbursed to them.

The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
