The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. The acquiring body has deposited only 75% amounts of the impugned awards.

{2} ca2839.23.odt This Court, in other connected matter, vide order dated 24.02.2023, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire 75% amounts.

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (J) of this Court. They are also permitted to withdraw remaining amounts of 25% on furnishing solvent security/surety. Civil Applications are disposed of.
